Is everything in your store vintage?
Everything sold by Retro Attic is a vintage item that is at least 25 years old and usually older than that. Sometimes it can be difficult to put an exact date on an item and we don't want to mislead customers be providing false information in regard to the age of an item. This is why some items do not have a specific date in the listing. We provide as much information as possible in the listing. If you have questions about an item please contact us. We would be happy to help you.

Where do the items in your store come from?
The items we sell come from a wide variety of places including estate sale, antique shops and many of our current items come from my own grandmother's closet. We have taken time to select only the most stylish, high quality items for our store.

What if I am looking for a vintage item that you don't carry?
We would be happy to shop for you! We love to shop for vintage items and we have many sources that may not be available to you. If you are looking for something in particular please contact us and let us know what you are looking for!

Do you have a return policy?
We understand that when you buy things online they may not always be what you were expecting or maybe the fit isn't quite what you wanted. We want you to be able to make a purchase from Retro Attic with complete confidence so we are happy to accept returns. We accept returns on all items so long as you (the buyer) notify us of your intention to return the item within 5 days of receiving it, and pay for the costs of return shipping. When we receive the item back, we will refund your sale price and your original shipping and handling charge. All refunds will be made by US postal money order or PayPal, at the buyer's preference.

How will my purchase be shipped?
All items will be shipped by U.S. mail. Most items will ship priority mail. Sometimes it is not worth it to ship small items priority. We want to keep your costs low. So, we sometimes ship smaller or lighter items first class. If you have questions about how your item will ship please contact us.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
We are happy to ship outside the U.S. We just ask that you contact us to make shipping arrangements because shipping costs can vary from country to country.

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, US postal money order and personal checks. PayPal is the quickest form of payment. If you pay by check please allow 10 days for the check to clear before the item is shipped. If you pay by check or money order please contact us so we will know to expect your payment's arrival by mail.

When will my item be shipped?
Your item will usually be shipped the next business day after payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email when your payment has been received and a confirmation email notifying you that your package has been shipped.
